Günter began scuba diving in 1984 with a beginner course in Kenya. Most of his diving he did in German quarries and lakes and in tropical oceans.
In 1990 he became a CMAS 1 star Instructor..
1991 he crossed over to PADI.
From 1990 to 1993 Günter has been the leading dive trainer in a club in Portugal.
From 1994 until 1996 he has been working in a diving retail shop (Tauchsport Schiek) in Osnabrück.
In the years 1996 and 1997 Günter owned a dive center along with his own travel agency in Germany (Tauchcenter Kenzingen).
Since 1997 Günter is living in Puerto Galera.
In 1999 Sabangdivers were founded inside the Sabang Inn Dive Resort.

Ralf started his diving career in 1985. When studying physical education at the Cologne University for sports he discovered his affection for both, apnea and scuba diving. His open water training course took part in the lakes around Cologne. Many more dives followed in the lakes and quarries in Germany. Ocean diving started in the Mediterranean Sea in Spain.
In 1989 he completed his first Instructor level training course to become a certified BARACUDA, CMAS Instructor. More training courses with several training agencies followed and in the year 2000 he became a PADI Course Director.
His professional career in scuba diving brought him to the Philippines where he has been working as a diving Instructor and dive shop Manager on Boracay Island and at Panagsama beach, Moalboal in the mid- and late 90's.
In between he worked in a retail shop in Germany as a sales person, technician and Instructor for 2 years.
In 2000 he moved to Hurghada to join a big company in Egypt to take care of the Instructor Development department. As such he was also engaged in training Instructors on all levels.
The year 2004 brought him back to the Philippines where he managed the Sabang Divers until to date.

Klaus began his diving career in1993 with a CMAS course in Germany at the Bodensee.
In 1996 his ambition for photography has been rewarded with the CMAS Fotoinstruktor 1 (member of the team "Visuelle Medien im WLT").
Klaus did not stop there and in 1998 he passed the CMAS Fotoinstruktor 2 course.
In the year he became a
PADI Instructor. Since then he played an active role in the training of novice divers as well as their continuing education.
Over those years Klaus gathered his experience mainly in local German quarries and lakes and in the oceans in his vacation.
Since June 2006 Klaus is reinforcing the team of Sabangdivers in Puerto Galera.

Nilo started his diving career in 2004. Since then he has been working with 2 bigger companies in Sabang before joining Sabang Divers in 2007.
During his many dives around Puerto Galera he became a very proficient dive guide and matured into an expert in finding and identifying all those tiny bizarre marine creatures that fill the fish books.
Theories Instructor Present from the very first day of Sabang Divers, he has seen it all and always has some good advice.
